We attempt to keep this site as secure as possible. We are always searching for places where there may be security loops. As soon as we discover an issue with security we do our very best to make sure it is fixed within a timely manner. Please keep in mind that there is NO place on the web that is 100% secure! This website is provided as is without any warranties or guarantees, neither written nor implied.
Site Rules
While we try not to have too many rules, we must have a few to make sure this site runs smoothly without problems. All members (including the staff team) are required to follow these rules. By disregarding a rule, your account could become permanently banned from this website depending on the severity of the offense.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or legal age in your jurisdiction, but NOT under 18), to become a registered member of this website. If you provide us with false information, when we find out what you have done, your account and IP address will be banned from this site forever. We will not tolerate anyone providing us with inaccurate information just to become a member.
Harassment of other members will not be tolerated in any shape nor form. This includes any behavior which would cause one or multiple users to be disconnected from the site. This also includes stalking a member or repeatedly contacting them after you have been asked not to! If a member says something you do not agree with, do not attack the member, comment on the topic, not the member!
Stalking is not tolerated. Do not follow people around. It's not fun, it's not a game. If we catch it or it is reported to us, you will be banned. Don't even try it.
We do NOT allow posers (another words, don't pose as a woman if you are a man and don't pose as a Dominant if you are a submissive... in fact, don't pose as anything you aren't). If we find out you are here posing as something you aren't, we will ban you. Most of us have experienced enough of the posers on other chat services/sites and we are NOT going to allow it here, EVER
We do not allow any type of bestiality, incest or child porn. No child porn of any type will be tolerated. This is grounds for immediate banning and you will be reported to the appropriate authorities. This also includes any chats of having sexual relations with a minor. We will hold and retain any and ALL information on this to hand over to law enforcement.

No incest. W/we do not allow discussions of incest on this site anywhere. Plain and simple, so don't attempt it.
Men and couples are not allowed in rooms marked lesbian (or the female forcing female room). There are rooms for couples and there are neutral rooms, please use them. This also goes for women and couples being in the gay rooms. Please stay in the respective chats. If we catch you in a room you do not belong in, you will be removed from the room. Staff members are the only exception to this rule.
We do not allow any form of cyber sex or sexual type chat in certain chat rooms on the website. (This would include discussions of sex with your partner, descriptions of BDSM acts, etc.). The rooms you may NOT do this type of activity in are: The Lounge, Late Night Chat, Tech Talk and Current Events. The rest of the chat room areas are open and free to any type of discussion (including sexual) as long as it remains within the rules of this website. We will not ban you for sexual discussion in the above mentioned rooms unless you are asked by ANY member in the room to take it private or to another room and you do not do so.
Your age and gender is required to be visible on your profile at all times. The age and gender fields are mandatory on the profile. If you have not done so already, please make sure you update your profile with your age and gender.
We do NOT allow you to send any content generated on this website to someone that is not a member (and yes this would include your spouse or partner). The content generated on this site is for members ONLY. This includes all conversations in PM's as well as the chat room. If you want someone to see something on this site, they must first become a member. By allowing this to happen it would be a breach of member privacy, therefore, we do not allow it.
We do not allow or tolerate any type of SPAM. This includes posting off topic messages, linking to sites that do not contain information regarding the topic of discussion, flooding the message boards, chat rooms, shotubox and any other area of the site, and posting links to known SPAM websites. If we deem an account has been created for the sole intention of SPAMMING, the account will be banned without any notification.
There are certain areas of the site where we do not permit links to any site. Do not post links in the Shoutbox or in comments on articles, stories, poems or news. (You can point people in the direction to finding your link (if it may be of interest, but no actual links are allowed to be posted). There are areas on the site dedicated to links, and you have PLENTY of opportunity to advertise your website, but the shoutbox and comments on peoples works is NOT the place, it's considered SPAM. You links can be posted in the links section, on our topsites, in the forum (in dedicated areas ONLY), in your profile, in your member page, and other dedicated areas on the site. If we find you have posted a link in a place where it is not allowed, we will remove the links from the post.We are not trying to keep you from advertising your hard work and we think it's great you are proud enough of it to show it off, but we do not want offsite links filling areas not meant for that purpose.
This does not cover every rule for the site. Use common sense and good judgement. Think before speaking or doing. If it don't seem right, or Y/you think it could be breaking a rule, please ask a staff member first. It's always better to be safe than sorry.
These rules may be edited by the staff at any point, without notice. It is your responsibility to know and understand the rules at all times. This does not cover all of the rules and generally, we will issue a warning before action is taken, but it is entirely up to us how we handle a problem member.
